a group of our wonderful staff team have proved that nothing is too much trouble for our residents. They have conquered the highest mountain in the country to raise funds for our resident activities.
Well done to all the team that climbed Mount Snowdon last week!!
We’re all very proud of you! Monies are still flowing in, but to date the team have raised in region of £500, which is an incredible achievement.
Thank you to all our friends and relatives who have supported the team!
at the start of their adventure….celebrating reaching the summit!
In August 2023 we started a major project to demolish our old conservatory and build a new dining room in its place….here are some photos of the stages of the work….
Our old conservatory has been demolished and a new one is currently being built. The new conservatory is bigger and a better shape, being rectangular, and will have an additional entry point from the corridor.
It is with great sadness we learn of the death of our Queen Elizabeth II on 8th September 2022. Woodlands Care Centre offers their sincere condolences to the entire Royal Family, and especially to our new King.
We will be supporting our residents at this sad time and ensure they are able to pay their respects to her on Monday 19th September as we observe the funeral together.
