Our Staff

Woodlands Care Centre, Macclesfield, is a privately run home under the personal supervision of the Registered Manager, who will be pleased to discuss with any prospective resident and their loved ones, any aspect of the home and the care facilities provided. At Woodlands we welcome comments, feedback and suggestions for improvement as we constantly strive for continuous improvement.

The Registered Manager is fully supported by the Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead, a highly experienced nursing team together with experienced care assistants, activities co-ordinators, catering and domestic staff fully trained to a high standard.

Qualifications include: Registered Nurse, NVQ2, NVQ, NVQ5 in Health & Social Care, Food Hygiene, Infection Control, First Aid, Fire Safety, Moving & Handling, Dignity in Care, Dementia Care, End of Life palliative care.

We are proud to have been awarded the Six Steps accreditation in end of life care during 2020.
